Hi, my name is Cindy and welcome to icraft2create! Early in my crafting journey, I started this blog as a place to share my creations. After doing it for a while, I decided to take a break, which turned out to be way too long! I may have stopped blogging, but I did not stop crafting. Back then I used a Cricut Expression, which now sits on a shelf collecting dust! If you'd like to go back in time and see my Cricut projects go here.
As my journey went on I discovered a different world of cutting machines. A Black Cat Cougar and a Silhouette Cameo are now my tools of choice for my cutting projects. I use both machines with Make The Cut! software, and I also enjoy doing print and cut projects with my Cameo and Silhouette Studio DE software. I love creating digital projects with Photoshop, as well as jewelry making, knitting and crocheting, writing, baking and learning about the medicinal uses of herbs. I'm discovering ways to combine these crafts and I'm excited to share what I learn with you, which is why I've returned to blogging! Learning and sharing are what crafting is all about, and I'd love it if you came along with me on this crafty learning adventure!
When I'm not crafting I'm taking care of my husband and four children who range in age from 10 to 17 years. Taking care of them is enough to keep me busy, so the time I spend crafting is precious! We also have a rambunctious coon hound mix puppy named Molly and a cat named Delily who does nothing but lay around all day, lucky her!
I invite you to take a look around, and I would love to hear any ideas or knowledge you'd like to share!
January 21, 2014 update: I am an affiliate for Make The Cut. If you click on links for this software on this blog and purchase it I will receive a commission. I appreciate your support, and I would never recommend something I don't use and love. Try it, you'll love it too!
October 20, 2014 update: I am an affiliate for SVGCuts.com, a site where I shop regularly and find quality SVG files that are compatible with Make The Cut. I know you'll love using these files, but be warned, it's quite addictive!
Have a Crafty Day!
